Great companies are made of great people committed to a common goal, working together to love and serve each other and our customers. When we genuinely respect and care for each other, there is nothing we can’t accomplish together.  I am thankful for Silvia’s leadership in modeling love and service to others and for the 20 years we have worked together.  It is with mixed emotions of thankfulness and loss that we celebrate Silvia’s retirement. We are all thankful for Silvia and her service to the Texas Injection Molding family and wish her well in the next adventure.
